Question 1

Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

International shipping from Türkiye to available destinations. Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within up to 3 business days after order confirmation. Estimated delivery is approximately 14–21 calendar days from dispatch, depending on destination, carrier and customs processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Question 2

How much does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

Shipping is £15 per order. It is added and shown at checkout, and the total appears again on the payment provider's page before you confirm. Import duties and local taxes in your country are not included.

Question 3

Will I pay customs or import duties?

Accepted Answer

Possibly. Import duties and local taxes are set by your country, are not included in the amount you pay us, and are normally collected locally on delivery. This does not affect your rights against us as the seller.

Question 4

Can I cancel or return an order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. As a consumer you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason — just tell us clearly at info@fashionsdiva.com or +90 552 746 5622 (no form or prior approval needed), then send the goods back within 14 days; return postage for a change of mind is yours. If an item is faulty, not as described or wrong, we cover the return cost and you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. We give you the returns address in Türkiye when you contact us.

Question 5

How do I choose my size?

Accepted Answer

See our Size Guide for measurements. Our pieces have a relaxed cut; if you're between sizes, choose the larger.

Question 6

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

You can pay online at checkout with the methods shown to you there, or — if you prefer to order by phone or WhatsApp — we confirm the order and total with you and take the payment through our processor's secure Virtual Terminal once you authorise it. All prices are in GBP (£). Never send card numbers, CVV, PIN or bank codes by message or email; we will never ask for them.

Question 7

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for buyers purchasing for business purposes. Wholesale orders are agreed in a written quote covering items, prices, payment and delivery — see our Wholesale Terms.

Question 8

How can I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Once your order is dispatched we email you the tracking number where the carrier provides one. For some wholesale shipments a commercial shipping document or reference is provided instead of a parcel tracking link. You can always reply to your confirmation email.
