Pre-order Policy

1. What a pre-order is. A pre-order lets you reserve and pay for an item in advance of it being in stock. The expected dispatch date is shown on the product page and at checkout. Full payment is taken at the time of order.

2. Dispatch. We aim to dispatch pre-order items by the expected date shown. Dates are estimates and may change; if they do, we will let you know by email. Where an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the whole order may be dispatched together once the pre-order item is ready, unless we agree otherwise.

3. Your right to cancel. If you are a consumer, you may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. You also keep your normal statutory cancellation rights once the item is delivered. If we cannot fulfil a pre-order, or if dispatch is delayed significantly beyond the expected date and you no longer wish to wait, you are entitled to a full refund.

4. Price. The price of a pre-order is the price shown at the time you place the order; it will not change after you have paid.

5. Everything else. All other terms of sale (shipping, returns for defects, duties and taxes, governing law of England and Wales) are the same as our standard Terms & Conditions.
