Pre-order Policy

1. What a pre-order is. A pre-order lets you reserve a ready-made item that is not in stock yet. It is an ordinary product from our range, in the standard sizes and colours shown — it is not made to your personal specification. The expected dispatch date is shown on the product page and at checkout before you order.

2. When you pay. The payment terms for a pre-order — whether the full amount is taken when you order, or later — are shown on the product page and at checkout before you confirm, and repeated in your order confirmation.

3. Dispatch. We aim to dispatch by the expected date shown. Dates are estimates and may change; if they do, we will tell you by email. Where an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the whole order may be dispatched together once the pre-order item is ready, unless we agree otherwise with you.

4. Your right to cancel. A pre-order is not automatically non-refundable. As a consumer you may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch and be refunded in full, and after delivery you keep the normal 14-day cancellation right and all other rights set out in our cancellation and returns policy. If we cannot fulfil a pre-order, or dispatch is delayed significantly beyond the expected date and you no longer wish to wait, you are entitled to a full refund.

5. Bespoke orders are different. Items made to your own specification or personalised for you are agreed separately in writing before we start, and the law allows the change-of-mind cancellation right to be excluded for them. Choosing a standard size or colour from the options shown does not make an item bespoke. Your rights over faulty or misdescribed goods always remain.

6. Everything else. All other terms of sale (shipping, defects, duties and taxes, governing law) are the same as our standard Terms & Conditions and cancellation policy.
