Delivery

We ship to most countries worldwide from our warehouse in Türkiye, with order tracking. Destinations are organised into shipping zones (United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East & Gulf, North America, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and Rest of World), each with a rate and estimated delivery window shown at checkout. Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on destination.

We cannot lawfully ship to countries subject to UK sanctions or trade embargoes (such as North Korea, Iran, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Cuba, and the Crimea/Donetsk/Luhansk regions); these destinations are not offered at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, and any import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds

You may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Contact info@fashionsdiva.com to start a return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Privacy

We use your data only to process your order and communicate with you about it. We never sell your data. Payments are handled by a secure payment provider and we do not store your card details.
